Part-time – Evenings and Weekends
4Peaks Athletic Center is looking for dependable, energetic Site Supervisors to help manage our facility during youth basketball games, leagues, tournaments, and other events.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being around sports, working with people, and taking ownership of a busy facility. Our Site Supervisors are the on-site leaders who help make sure games run smoothly, the facility stays clean and safe, and players, families, officials, and guests have a great experience at 4Peaks.
As a Site Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the facility during youth basketball games, leagues, tournaments, and rentals.
- Serve as the primary 4Peaks representative during your shift.
- Manage and support scorekeepers and make sure courts are properly staffed.
- Monitor the game and facility schedule and help keep events running on time.
- Keep spectators and non-participants off the courts during timeouts, halftime, between games, and other times when they are not permitted on the court.
- Help coaches, teams, referees, and guests with questions or facility needs.
- Professionally handle and de-escalate issues involving parents, spectators, coaches, or referees.
- Enforce 4Peaks facility rules and expectations.
- Keep the facility clean throughout your shift, including picking up trash, emptying garbage cans, cleaning spills, and monitoring common areas and restrooms.
- Open and/or close the facility, including completing facility walkthroughs and making sure the building is clean and secure.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and responsible.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with adults and youth.
- Able to take charge and make decisions when needed.
- Calm and professional when handling difficult situations.
- Willing to jump in wherever needed—including cleaning, helping staff, and solving problems.
- Comfortable being on their feet and moving throughout the facility for most of the shift.
- Available evenings and weekends.
- Familiar with basketball, youth sports, tournaments, or athletic facilities—a plus, but not required.
At 4Peaks, our Site Supervisors aren’t sitting behind a desk. You’ll be visible, moving throughout the facility, helping people, keeping the courts organized, maintaining the building, and making sure everyone has a positive experience.

Part-time – Evenings and Weekends
4Peaks Athletic Center is looking for reliable Scoreboard Operators to work youth basketball games during weekday evenings and Saturdays.
This is a great part-time position for someone who enjoys basketball, is responsible, and can commit to being on time for scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the scoreboard and game clock.
- Keep accurate game scores.
- Track personal fouls, team fouls, and timeouts.
- Communicate with referees as needed during games.
- Stay focused and attentive throughout each game.
- Arrive on time and ready to work every scheduled shift.
- Help pick up trash throughout the facility.
- Sweep basketball courts and assist with cleanup at the end of each shift.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of basketball rules and scoring.
- Comfortable working weekday evenings and late nights.
- Able to stay focused in a busy gym environment.
- Willing to help with facility cleanup.
- Previous scorekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we can provide training.
Reliability is extremely important for this position. Games cannot start without a scoreboard operator at the table, so we’re looking for team members we can count on to arrive on time and be ready to work.

Shoot 360 West Jordan is seeking a driven, results-oriented General Manager to lead our basketball training facility. This hands-on position is focused primarily on membership growth, sales, team leadership, customer retention, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

Generate leads, conduct tours, and sell memberships, training, leagues, camps, and clinics

Manage sales follow-up, CRM activity, conversion rates, and performance goals

Recruit, train, schedule, and lead facility staff

Create an exceptional experience for members and families

Oversee facility operations, cleanliness, safety, equipment, budgets, and business reporting

Maintain a visible leadership presence during peak operating hours
Qualifications

Three or more years of management, sales leadership, or related business experience

This is an on-site position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with performance-based commission or bonus opportunities.

- Skill Development Coach
Shoot 360 West Jordan is looking for a high-energy, dynamic, and dependable Skill Development Coach who loves basketball, enjoys working with young athletes, and is comfortable with both coaching and sales.
This is a part-time position with evening and weekend hours that combines basketball skill development, personal training, member engagement, sales, and facility operations.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and engage athletes during Shoot 360 training sessions.
- Provide basketball skill development and personal training.
- Build positive relationships with athletes and families.
- Sell memberships and personal training packages.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective members.
- Help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment.
- Keep the training facility clean, organized, and well maintained.

Utah Balance is looking for positive, energetic, and dependable basketball coaches to work with our 5th–8th grade boys and girls teams.
We’re looking for coaches who have a strong fundamental basketball background, enjoy working with young athletes, and can create a positive and competitive environment focused on player development, teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game.
Position Details:
- Coach 1–2 teams
- Lead two practices per week
- Coach scheduled league games
- Coach four tournaments throughout the season
- Full-season commitment from August through May
- Independent contractor position with a coaching stipend
