What you’ll do
Connect with local businesses and sell sponsorships and advertising.
Promote tournaments through email, social media, and community outreach.
Contact coaches and teams, follow up with interested participants, and help drive registrations.
Maintain sponsor relationships and track sales and marketing results.
What we’re looking for
Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or sponsorships; strong communication skills; and dependable follow-through. You should be comfortable reaching out to new prospects, making proposals, and asking for the sale.
Basketball experience isn’t required. We’ll provide program knowledge, marketing resources, and operational support. Our existing team handles tournament logistics and scheduling.
The schedule is primarily weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends for meetings, outreach, and selected events.

Part-time – Evenings and Weekends
4Peaks Athletic Center is looking for reliable Scoreboard Operators to work youth basketball games during weekday evenings and Saturdays.
This is a great part-time position for someone who enjoys basketball, is responsible, and can commit to being on time for scheduled shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the scoreboard and game clock.
- Keep accurate game scores.
- Track personal fouls, team fouls, and timeouts.
- Communicate with referees as needed during games.
- Stay focused and attentive throughout each game.
- Arrive on time and ready to work every scheduled shift.
- Help pick up trash throughout the facility.
- Sweep basketball courts and assist with cleanup at the end of each shift.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 15 years old.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic knowledge of basketball rules and scoring.
- Comfortable working weekday evenings and late nights.
- Able to stay focused in a busy gym environment.
- Willing to help with facility cleanup.
- Previous scorekeeping experience is helpful but not required—we can provide training.
Reliability is extremely important for this position. Games cannot start without a scoreboard operator at the table, so we’re looking for team members we can count on to arrive on time and be ready to work.

- Skill Development Coach
Shoot 360 West Jordan is looking for a high-energy, dynamic, and dependable Skill Development Coach who loves basketball, enjoys working with young athletes, and is comfortable with both coaching and sales.
This is a part-time position with evening and weekend hours that combines basketball skill development, personal training, member engagement, sales, and facility operations.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and engage athletes during Shoot 360 training sessions.
- Provide basketball skill development and personal training.
- Build positive relationships with athletes and families.
- Sell memberships and personal training packages.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective members.
- Help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment.
- Keep the training facility clean, organized, and well maintained.

- Club basketball coach - boys & girls
Utah Balance is looking for positive, energetic, and dependable basketball coaches to work with our 5th–8th grade boys and girls teams.
We’re looking for coaches who have a strong fundamental basketball background, enjoy working with young athletes, and can create a positive and competitive environment focused on player development, teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game.
Position Details:
- Coach 1–2 teams
- Lead two practices per week
- Coach scheduled league games
- Coach four tournaments throughout the season
- Full-season commitment from August through May
- Independent contractor position with a coaching stipend
What we’re looking for:
- Strong basketball fundamentals and knowledge of the game
- Previous playing or coaching experience preferred
- Positive, energetic, and encouraging with youth athletes
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual
- Strong communication and leadership skills
