At Utah Balance we strive to provide an environment where players are seen, feel valued, and enjoy being part of a team. Our goal is to prepare players for high school basketball and to be successful in any system.  We understand that more games don’t necessarily lead to better players. That’s why we emphasize individual skill development, team-first play, and the whole athlete. We teach basketball IQ through structured drills and small-sided games (3v3, 4v4). We have experienced coaches who teach players how to play basketball, not just run plays.

All practices and games will be held at 4Peaks Athletic Center, and teams will participate in local tournaments.

We will be holding camp for boys 4th-7th grades to choose teams:

March 9-12 - Monday-Thursday5pm-6:30pm: 4th-5th grade
6:30pm-8pm: 6th-7th grade

Youth must attend at least 2 tryout sessions to be considered for a team.

Practice will be held 2 days each week, taking place either Tues/Thurs or Mon/Wed from 4:15pm-5:45pm.

GIRLSClub Team Schedule

Utah Balance Girls Club Team will be a multisport club.  We will be in season through the winter and off-season spring, summer, and fall.  The off-season will be focused on individual skill development and competitive play.

An off-season provides a mental/emotional break, injury prevention, and promotes a love of the game. 

UT Balance Girls teams will team up for winter league and tournament play.  In the offseason, we encourage  participation in Shoot 360 programming for individual skill development.  This includes skill sessions, camps/clinics and competitive play.  

Class and competitive play schedules are found on the Shoot 360 App.  No membership is necessary to participate.
